These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on foldren.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

Scope
We sell to consumers aged 18 or over for personal use, in the countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. If you live in the EU, Switzerland or Norway, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Products and descriptions
- Each product page describes the design, construction, fabric type, fit and care of the item. The exact fibre composition is printed on the care label of each garment; if you need it before ordering, email us.
- Product images show the design, colour and construction of each piece as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Other garments, bags and accessories shown in images are for styling only and are not included unless the product title and description say so. Sets state the number of pieces included.
- Our clothing is everyday wear. It is not protective equipment and we make no claims about athletic performance, shaping or support.
Prices and currency
- Prices are shown in the currency you select in the header. Our base prices are set in US dollars; prices in other currencies are converted at fixed rates that we set and are rounded. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- The currency of your payment is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Your bank may apply its own fees if your card is in a different currency; we do not charge any such fees.
- Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. For import VAT and duties, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
- If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order free of charge.
How a contract is made
- Choose a product, colour and size and add it to your bag.
- Go to checkout and enter your billing and delivery details. You can review and correct all entries (for example your address or the items in your bag) at any time before the final step, using the fields on the checkout page or by returning to your bag.
- Select a payment method, accept these terms, and click the final order button (“Buy now”). This is a binding offer to buy.
- We send an email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement is not yet acceptance.
- The contract is concluded when we send you a shipping confirmation email, or when we accept your order in writing, whichever is earlier.
The contract is concluded in English. Translations of this website are provided for your convenience. We store your order details; you can view your orders in your account, and these terms are always available on this page. We recommend you save or print a copy.
Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never receive or store your full card details. Your payment is taken when you place your order. If a payment is declined, the order is not processed.
Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you name. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days after the order date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described in full on our Right of Withdrawal page. In addition, we offer 30-day returns on unworn items.
Legal guarantee
We are responsible for making sure the goods conform to the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the statutory rights available in your country, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. In the EU the legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery; in the UK your rights arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee.
Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption). We will tell you as soon as possible and, if the delay is significant, you may cancel for a full refund.
Personal data
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email support@foldren.shop. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
