Who is FOLDREN for?
Adults who like the ease of dance and practice wear and want to wear it every day. Our pieces are everyday clothing, not stage costumes or specialist dance equipment.
Which sizes do you offer?
Most styles come in XS–XL. The knit wrap poncho and the leg & wrist warmer set are one size. Our size guide lists body measurements in centimetres and inches with UK, EU and US equivalents.
What is included in the price?
Only the item named in the product title. Other garments and accessories in the photos are styling. Sets say exactly how many pieces are included.
What are the pieces made of?
Each product page names the fabric type and gives care instructions. The exact fibre composition is on the care label of every garment. If you need it before ordering, email us.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order.
Is payment secure?
Yes. The whole site uses encrypted HTTPS. Card details are entered in fields provided by our PCI DSS–compliant payment provider and never reach our servers.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Your statement will show FOLDREN.
Which currency will I pay in?
You can choose USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF or CAD in the header. Prices are converted from our US dollar prices at fixed rates and rounded. You pay exactly the amount shown at checkout, in the currency shown there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email support@foldren.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer discount codes?
Not at the moment. If we run a promotion, its conditions will be shown clearly next to the offer.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
To the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the US and Canada, with tracked delivery. Costs and times per region are on our Shipping & Delivery page and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn and has its labels. See Returns & Refunds. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal; you can use the Withdraw from contract here function.
When do I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof that you sent it), to your original payment method.
